What to expect when you arrive.
Your first session begins with a brief conversation about your goals, history, and any areas of discomfort. There's no pressure and no rush.
Your instructor will guide you through a full assessment and a Pilates session tailored to your body. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your path forward.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing. We provide all equipment. Just bring yourself.

Semi-private session for you and a partner. Share the experience with personalized guidance at a lower per-person rate.
