Active Pilates Education — Enrollment Contract
This agreement is entered into between the student ("Student") and Active Pilates Education ("the School"). By submitting this registration form, the Student agrees to all terms below.
1. Enrollment Confirmation
Upon submission of this form, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to arrange payment. A spot is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2. Refund Policy
- Within 10 days of payment: Full refund upon written request.
- After 10 days of payment: Only 30% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- Within 4 weeks of course start date: No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Course Transfer
Enrollments are non-transferable to another person or course. No exceptions.
4. Payment
Payment details will be confirmed by our team after registration. Accepted methods include e-Transfer and cash.
5. Force Majeure
Active Pilates Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled enrollment will be offered.
6. Agreement
By checking the box below, the Student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
